Kada je Željko zbog  cenzure glavnog urednika Mirka Galića morao napustiti "Globus", Milan je uputio pismo Hrvatskom helsinškom odboru braneći  pravo na slobodu izražavanja

Vrlo cijenjena gospođo Gogić!

Zahvaljujući se na Vašem vremenu, osjećam se slobodan i usuđujem se predočiti Vam u interesu, prije svega lako provjerljive i neupitno dokazive istine, moje gledanje na probleme koje u komunikaciji s redakcijom tjednika "Globus" osjeća gospodin Željko Peratović, a koji najneposrednije konfrontiraju s mojim interesom da se zbivanja što su bila predmetom istraživanja i obrade rečenog gospodina novinara, prezentiraju javnosti.

Kroz dug vremenski period, rukovodeći se željom da imenujem osobe i instance bez obzira na razinu u domaćoj i inozemnoj raspodjeli moći, a koje su svojim djelovanjem izravno odgovorne za kršenje svih etičkih i ljudskih normi, pomognem svom gradu i svom narodu u skidanju nepotrebnog i nametnutog bremena, ulažući znatne napore, učinio sam se prisutnim u domaćim i inozemnim tiskovinama, te elektroničkim medijima. Slijedeći, dakle, tu nakanu bilo je neminovno surađivati s većim brojem novinara. Od domaćih izvjestitelja naprimjer: Eduard Popović, Dragan Ogurlić, Zoran Daskalović, Robert Frank, Slavica Lukić....

Ovdje su samo neka imena iz različitih tiskovina, naroda, političkih miljea, kojima je ipak zajedničko da su na tragu djelovanja i suradnje s Milanom Levarom i objavljivanja fragmenata gospićke krvave zbilje, imali neugodnosti koje su se manifestirale u dijapazonu od cenzure i prijetnji do realnih bestijalnih napada na tijelo i život. Svemu usprkos, ponosno konstatiram da nikada nije mogla doći u pitanje neprijepornost tvrdnji iza kojih sam stajao i koje su posredstvom navedenih i drugih izvjestitelja prezentirani javnosti.

Imajući u vidu rečeno, zbog pogromaškog odnosa najznačajnijih segmenata vlasti i licemjernog odnosa međunarodnih kao i nekih domačih, iz problematicnih izvora hranjenih kvazi-humanitarnih udruga, nastao je zastoj SLUČAJA GOSPIĆ.

Iako suočen s ODUSTAJANJEM novinara zbog neprihvatljivog odnosa prema javnoj riječi, slijedeći dobar katolički odgoj, suprotstavio sam se orkestriranom napadu najvećih ubojica, odgojenih u mračnim vremenima naše povijesti a dodatno instruiranih od strane ZAPADNIH obavještajnih i masonskih zajednica. U atakiranju na mene, pokušavajući sakriti svoju apsolutnu prljavu ulogu u zbivanjima na ovim prostorima strane agenture i domaće instrumentalizirane budale, višekratno su minirali moja vozila. U par navrata me pokušali otrovati. Nebrojeno puta su pucali na mene i članove obitelji, kuću...

Pošto je štampa, detaljno, o naprijed rečenom pisala, a imajući u vidu prirodu Vašeg posla, uvjeren sam da Vam provjera neće predstavljati problem.

Dakle, kada su drugi odustali gospodin Željko Peratović, iako upozoren na sva iskušenja, našao je dovoljno i ljudske i novinarske svijesti, da javnosti predoči težinu gospićke zbilje, iznoseći nefrizirano, ali i necenzurirano imena i događaje koji predstavljaju i sramotu, ali prijetnju za hrvatski narod i RH. Gospodin Peratović je vrlo brzo otkrio da javno eksponiranje zabranjenih istina kao posljedicu nosi nesmiljen progon. Progon u koji se uključuju i oni koji su u svim civiliziranim zemljama odvojeni od zajednice, poštujuci pri tom svoja divljačka pravila, kao i oni koji se sofisticirano i francuskim manirima nadopunjeno, ali ne manje bolno uključuju u denunciranje sebi podredjenih. Dokazujuci time vjerojatnost istih naputaka, ili ako hoćete, služenje istoj gadljivoj ideji zataškavanja najgnusnijih zločinaca.

Zanimljivo je pri tome da je novinar žrtva navodne želje za uozbiljavanjem tjednika "Globus" iz čega proizilazi da su ubijanja i evidentno počinjeni zločini nedovoljno zanimljiva tema koja ne posjeduje društvenu težinu, ali joj u svakom slučaju treba prefiks neozbiljnosti i škodljivosti koja uzrokuje javnu sablazan. Više je razloga zbog koji sam pozvan stati iza gospodina Željka Peratovića, a svakako je najvažniji moment u tome njegov korektan odnos prema profesiji i hrabrost da se upusti u istraživanje i analizu onih događanja koja su vrlo opasna i koja traju, a koja su imala i imaju za cilj sotoniziranje nas Hrvata, tovareći nam na vrat ono što je s našom vjerom i naslijeđem nespojivo.

U momentu kada je postalo jasno da će gospodin Željko Peratović, u suradnji samnom biti u poziciji da prezentira one koji nedvosmisleno stoje iza tragedije i opačina, koji koristeći talog društva, od koga nije imun ni jedan narod, te instruirajući te jadnike, nastojali ucijeniti ovu prelijepu zemlju, ja sam, štovana gospođo, svjedočio u Den Haagu i vratio se natrag u svoju zemlju. Vratio sam se u Gospić gdje je šef policije gospodin Ivan Dasović, gdje je u to vrijeme zapovjednik HV-a bio general Mirko Norac, gdje je šef HV-a za specijalni rat bio gospodin Tihomir Oresković, predsjednik suda i tada i sada gđa Mira Jurjević i sl. Vratio sam se medju ljude protiv kojih sam svjedoćio u Haagu da bi bilo razvidno da pristajem na svaki vid provjere mojih navoda.

Nadam se da uviđate moju riješenost da ono što sam započeo i završim, iako je cijela plejada novinara morala odstupiti zbog anateme na istinu u funkciji zaštite na krvi i otimačini stečene pozicije onih koji upravljaju našim životima.

Gospodin Željko Peratović je u nemilosti glavnog urednika, navodno zbog nedonošenja video materijala iz Njemačke. Kada bih Vam opisivao taj put, najvjerojatnije mi ne bi bili skloni povjerovati. Uvjeravam Vas da se ne služim insinuacijama ako kratko konstatiram da smo zamalo bili žrtve. Da mi je tom zgodom nestao dio elektronike, da smo imali nevjerojatne kvarove na automobilu i niz drugih neugodnosti. Materijali koji su se nalazili kod Tomislava Oreškovića i drugih, iako je njihovo preuzimanje u Njemačkoj bilo nedvosmisleno i vrlo čvrsto dogovoreno, preuzeti su, da ne kažem otuđeni, od osoba koje su se navodno predstavile kao djelatnici suda u Haagu, neposredno prije dolaska gospodina Željka Peratovića i mene. Iako na  još nekoliko mjesta na Zapadu imam pohranjenu dokumentaciju, odustao sam od njenog izuzimanja zbog naprijed iznesenih okolnosti, kao i zbog sumnje da smo pod prismotrom i da bih svojim odlaskom na mjesta gdje su materijali pohranjeni, zapravo ugrozio sebe, ali i ljude koji o dokumentima vode brigu. Sklon sam vjerovati da to nije pravi razlog zbog kojeg se vrši pritisak na gospodina Željka Peratovića, zbog toga što sam u međuvremenu nabavio rečeni materijal i ponudio ga za objavljivanje, ali je tada navodno promijenjena koncepcija lista.

Stoga Vas cijenjena gospođo molim da utvrdite realno stanje i pomognete gospodinu Željku Peratoviću u očuvanju ljudskog i profesionalnog digniteta, imajući pri tom na umu da se na gospodina Peratovića atakiralo s namjerom da mu se ugrozi život te da bude onemogućen u objavljivanju onih spoznaja do kojih je dolazio izložen zastrašivanjima, ucjenama, te s vrlo relanim prijetnjama, imajući u vidu rejting onih koji su mu prijetili.

Za sva eventualna pojašnjenja pozivam Vas da me kontaktirate, a ja se obvezujem učiniti Vam dosptupnim kako svjedoke tako i dokumentaciju, sve na tragu argumentiranja da dogadjanja koja je elaborirao gospodin Željko Peratović imaju društvenu vrijednost, a s obzirom da sam dao značajan broj intervjua stranoj štampi nisu, kao što pokušava instalirati kao postulat gospodin Mirko Galić, humoreska. Much respected Mrs. Gogic!

I want to thank you for your time and be free and dare to present you the easily checkable and unquestionably provable truth about and my point of view about the problems which Mr. Zeljko Peratovic experienced while communicating with the Globus editorial board. These problems most directly confront my interest to present to our people the investigation and representation of the events made by aforementioned journalist.

For over a long period of time and lead by the wish to name persons and institutions, not caring about the level of domestic and foreign power distribution, who are directly responsible for violation of all ethic and human norms - in order to help my town and my people to take off unnecessary and imposed burden. With tremendous effort committed, my name became visible and present in domestic and foreign newspapers and electronic media. Therefore, following this intention, it was unavoidable to cooperate wit a great number of journalists. I would like to name some of domestic journalists I cooperated with - Eduard Popovic, Dragan Ogurlic, Zoran Daskalovic, Robert Frank, Slavica Lukic....

Here are only a few names of journalists working for different newspapers, of different ethnicity, of different political orientation who have in common the course of actions and cooperation with Milan Levar (me) in making  public the fragments of Gospic bloody reality and who, because of that, experienced unpleasant things manifested in the range of censorship up to real bestial attacks on their bodies and lives. In spite of all and with pride I see that was never questioned the truth of propositions i was defending and whose I made public thanks to the help of people I named and not named yet.

Having in mind the said and because of pogrom attitude of very important segments of domestic power and cynical attitude of international and some domestic pseudo-humanistic organizations (fed by some problematic sources) the CASE GOSPIC stalled.

Although facing with the journalists DESERTION led by unacceptable attitude toward public speech and following good catholic education - I counteracted to the orchestrated attacks of the biggest killers who rose in the bleak times of our history and additionally instructed by WESTERN intelligence services and masons communities. While attacking me, trying to hide their absolutely dirty role in these events, foreign agents and domestic instrumental zed fools, several times set bombs into my cars. Several times they tried to poison me. Many times they shouted at me and the members of my family and my home ...

Having in mind that the newspapers  informed the public about aforementioned in detail and respecting the nature of your job – I believe the reconfirmation of the aforementioned would not be a problem for you.

So, when many others abandoned this case, Mr. Zeljko Peratovic, although warned about all possible temptations, found enough human and journalist's consciousness in order to publicly present burden of the Gospic reality. He exposed names and events which are both shame and threat to Croatian people and Republic of Croatia - with no alterations and without censorship. Mr. Peratovic discovered pretty fast that public exposure of the forbidden truths has for consequence merciless chase.

In this chase are involved those whose in civilized countries are separated from society, whose who respect only their own villain's rules and whose who are involved in denunciation their subordinates - using sophisticated and French like manners that are not less painful than those of villain's. That way they gave us assertions about likeness of the same hints, or if you want, service to the same dirty idea of the most shameful atrocities hiding and neglecting

In addition, it is interesting to notice that the journalist is a sacrifice a quoted wish to make the "Globus" weekly more serious from which follows that killings and visibly committed atrocities are not enough interested topic and which has no social gravity and which needs the prefix of frivolousness and damage causing the public repudiation.

There are many reasons calling me to stand for Mr. Zeljko Peratovic, and the most important one is his honest attitude toward his profession and courage to delve into investigations and analysis of the events that are very dangerous and which last and which goal was to simonized us Croats burdening our necks with something that has no connections with our faith and  heritage.

In the moment when became clear that Mr. Zeljko Peratovic, cooperating with me, would expose those who are undoubtfully behind the tragedy and atrocities and which using the bottom of the society which has every nation, by giving instructions to those miserable tended to blackmail this more than beautiful  country, I, my dear lady, testified in the Hague and came back to my country.

I came back to Gospic where the police chief is Mr. Ivan Dasovic, where that time was general Mirko Norac the commander in chief of the Croatian Army ( CA ), where Mr. Tihomir Oreskovic was commander in chief for the CA special combat operations, now and then Mrs. Mira Jurjevic - the court president, etc. I came back among the people I have testified against in the Hague in order to make clear that I am ready to all kind of verifications of my testimonies. I hope you see my resoluteness to finish the things I started, even though a number of most prominent journalists had to retreat for anathema cast to the truth in order to protect the bloodily and taking away  acquired positions those who control our lives. Mr. Zeljko Peratovic is at mercy of the editor in chief for reportedly not bringing back the video tapes from Germany. If I started to describe that journey - you would not believe me. I assure you I do not use insinuations if I say we almost were sacrifice - that time a part of electronic equipments disappeared, we had unbelievable car defects and a number of other unpleasant things.

The material evidences that were in Tomislav Oreskovic's and some  others' possession, although their takeover in Germany was firmly agreed to, were taken by (not wanting to say - alienated)  persons who  reportedly acted as the Hague Court officials, immediately before Mr. Zeljko Peratovic's and mine arrival there.

Although I have the documentation saved and filed on several places on the West, I abandoned the idea of taking it because of the aforementioned circumstances. Also I suspect that we are watched and going to the places where the documents now reside could endanger me and the people taking care about the documents too. I am inclined to believe that is not a true reason for pressure made upon Mr. Zeljko Peratovic because of the fact that, in meantime, I got the aforementioned materials and offered them for printing but that time was reportedly changed the newspaper editorial concept.

Because of everything above, I ask you respected lady to check the validity of facts and help Mr. Zeljko Peratovic in protecting his human and professional dignity. Bear in mind that Mr. Zeljko Peratovic life was attacked having for the goal to prevent him to make public those knowledge he gathered exposed to intimidations,  blackmailing, and very real threats closely connected to the social "rating" of those who threatened him.

For all possible clarifications I call upon you to contact me. I take it as my duty to make accessible to you both the witnesses and the documentation - all in the directions that the events as elaborated and supported bu the facts by Mr. Zeljko Peratovic have social values and not a humorous story - as it Mr. Mirko Galic tries to represent as a postulate. My numerous interviews given to the foreign press confirm that. Believing in correctness of your endeavors,

Als Zeljko wegen der Zensur des Hauptredakteurs Mirko Galic die Zeitschrift "Globus" verlassen musste, hat Milan einen Brief an das Helsinki Komitee geschrieben, in dem er die Meinungsaeusserungs - und Pressefreiheit verteidigte

Sehr geehrte Frau Gogic,

ich danke Ihnen ganz herzlich im voraus, dass Sie sich Zeit nehmen. Ich bin so frei und wage es Ihnen im Interesse, vor allem leicht nachprüfbare und fraglos beweisbare Wahrheiten zu offenbaren, wie auch meine Sicht auf die Probleme, die in der Kommunikation mit der Globus-Redaktion Herr Zeljko Peratovic zu spüren bekommt. Diese Probleme stimmen unmittelbar mit meinem Interesse überein, dass die Ereignisse, die Gegenstand der Nachforschungen und der Bearbeitung des erwähnten Herrn Journalisten waren, der Öffentlichkeit präsentiert werden.

Über einen  großen Zeitraum habe ich den Wunsch verfolgt, die Namen und Instanzen derjenigen zu benennen, die mit ihrem Handeln direkt die Verantwortung in der Mißachtung aller ethischen und menschlichen Normen tragen - ohne Rücksicht auf das Niveau in der heimischen und ausländischen Machtverteilung zu nehmen -  in der heimischen und ausländischen Presse, sowie in den elektronischen Medien zu veröffentlichen. Mit dieser Veröffentlichung, also mit der Abnahme der unnötigen und auferlegten Last, wollte ich, unter größter Anstrengung, meiner Stadt und meinem Volk helfen. In dieser Absicht war es unvermeidbar mit einer größeren Anzahl der Journalisten mitzuarbeiten. Unter den heimischen Reportern waren Eduard Popovic, Dragan Ogurlic, Zoran Daskalovic, Robert Frank, Slavica Lukic ....

Das sind nur einige von den Namen aus verschiedenen Zeitungen, Völkern, politischen Milieus, die trotz allem gemeinsam mit Milan Levar auf den Spuren des Handelns und der Zusammenarbeit waren und die die Fragmente der blutigen Realität von Gospic veröffentlichen  wollten. Aufgrunddessen hatten sie Unannehmlichkeiten, die sich in Form von Zensur, über Drohungen, bis zu den realen bestialischen Angriffen auf Leib und Leben manifestiert haben. Doch kann ich mit Stolz feststellen, dass niemals die Behauptungen, hinter denen ich stand und die mittels erwähnter und anderer Berichterstatter der Öffentlichkeit präsentiert wurden, infrage kamen. Aus Gründen eines Pogromverhaltens der obersten Behördenschicht und des heuchlerischen Benehmens internationaler und mancher heimischen - aus problematischen Quellen genährten - quasi humanitären Organisationen, kam es zu einem Stillstand DES FALLES GOSPIC. 

Obwohl mit DEM AUFGEBEN der Journalisten  - aus Gründen des unannehmbaren Verhältnisses gegenüber dem öffentlichen Wort - konfrontiert, habe ich mich dem orchestrierten Angriff der größten Mörder - in den dunklen Zeiten unserer Geschichte erzogen und zusätzlich durch WESTLICHE Geheimdienste und Freimaurerlogen instruiert - widersetzt. In dem Angriff auf meine Person, indem sie ihre absolut schmutzige Rolle in den Ereignissen in dieser Region zu verbergen suchten, haben ausländische Geheimdienste und heimische manipulierte Dummköpfe mehrmals meine Fahrzeuge vermint und gesprengt.Einige Male versuchten sie mich zu vergiften. Unzählige Male haben sie auf mich, meine Familie, auf mein Haus geschossen.....

Da die Presse ausführlich darüber berichtete und in bezug auf die Natur Ihrer Arbeit bin ich überzeugt, dass eine Überprüfung der Tatsachen für Sie kein Problem darstellen wird.

Also, als Andere es aufgegeben hatten, fand Herr Zeljko Peratovic, obwohl auf alle Versuchungen aufmerksam gemacht, genügend menschlichen und journalistischen Bewusstseins, um der Öffentlichkeit die Schwere der Wirklichkeit von Gospic vorzuführen, indem er unfrisiert, aber auch  unzensiert über Namen und Ereignisse, die sowohl eine Schande aber auch eine Drohung für das kroatische Volk und die Republik Kroatien darstellen,  berichtete. Herr Peratovic entdeckte aber sehr schnell, dass ein öffentliches Herausheben der verbotenen Wahrheiten als Folge eine unbarmherzige Verfolgung nach sich ziehen. Eine Verfolgung, der sich auch jene anschließen, die in allen zivilisierten Ländern von der Gemeinschaft ausgeschlossen werden, indem sie ihre eigenen grausamen Regeln achten, als auch jene, die sich spitzfindig und mit französischen Manieren ergänzt aber nicht weniger schmerzlich, der Denunziation ihrer Untergebenen anschließen. Womit man die Wahrscheinlichkeit derselben Anweisungen annehmen kann, oder - wenn Sie wollen -  den Dienst derselben dreckigen Idee zum Vertuschen der abscheulichsten Verbrecher erweist.

Das Interessante dabei ist, dass der Journalist zum Opfer des angeblichen Wunsches der Zeitschrift Globus wird, die sich quasi auf dem Wege zu einer ernstzunehmenden Zeitschrift befindet, woraus zu entnehmen ist, die Morde und die offensichtlich begangenen Verbrechen kein genügend interessantes Thema darstellen, das ein gesellschaftliches Gewicht beinhaltet.

Es gibt mehrere Gründe, warum ich mich berufen fühle, hinter Herrn Zeljko Peratovic zu stehen. In jedem Falle sind das sein korrektes Verhalten gegenüber seiner Profession und der Mut, sich in die Nachforschung und in die Analyse jener Ereignisse zu vertiefen, die sehr gefährlich sind und die noch immer andauern. Diese Ereignisse hatten und haben immer noch die Verteufelung von uns Kroaten zum Ziel, indem man uns das, was mit unserem Glauben und unserem Erbe unvereinbar ist, an den Hals zu binden versucht.

In dem Moment - als es klar wurde, dass Herr Zeljko Peratovic in Zusammenarbeit mit mir in die Position kommt, jene der Öffentlichkeit zu präsentieren, die unmißverständlich hinter Tragödien und Verbrechen stehen, die den Geschellschaftsschlamm benutzend, diese erbärmlichen Volksgenossen mit dem Ziel instruierten, dieses wunderschöne Land zu erpressen - habe ich, sehr geehrte Frau Gogic, in Den Haag als Zeuge ausgesagt und kam in mein Land zurück. Ich kam nach Gospiæ zurück, wo zu dieser Zeit Herr Ivan Dasovic der Polizeipräsident war, der General Mirko Norac der Kommandant der Kroatischen Armee (HV), Herr Tihomir Oreškovic Chef der HV für den Spezialkrieg  war, die Präsidentin des Amtsgerichts - sowohl damals als auch jetzt - Frau Mira Jurjevic war  usw. Ich kehrte unter die Leute zurück, gegen die ich in den Haag ausgesagt hatte, um  ersichtlich zu machen, dass ich auf jede Art von Überprüfung meiner Aussagen bereit bin.

Ich hoffe, Sie sehen meine Entschlossenheit, das zu beenden, was ich angefangen habe, obwohl eine ganze Reihe von Journalisten zurücktreten musste  - wegen des Anathemas auf die Wahrheit zum Schutz der erworbenen Positionen derjenigen, die über unsere Leben walten.

Herr Željko Peratovic fiel in Ungnade seines Chefredakteurs, da er angeblich aus Deutschland nicht das Videomaterial mitgebracht hatte. Wenn ich Ihnen diese Reise beschreiben würde, wären Sie höchstwahrscheinlich nicht geneigt, mir zu glauben. Ich möchte Ihnen glaubhaft machen, ich bediene mich der Insinuationen nicht, wenn ich kurz feststelle, dass wir beinahe zu Opfern geworden wären: dass bei dieser Gelegenheit mir ein Teil meiner Elektronik  verschwunden ist, dass wir unglaubliche Autopannen erlebt hatten und eine Reihe anrerer Unannehmlichkeiten. Die Materialien, die bei Tomislav Oreškovic und anderen aufbewahrt waren, wurden kurz bevor Herr Zeljko Peratovic und ich eingetroffen sind, abgeholt und zwar von Personen, die sich als Angestellte des Haager Tribunals vorgestellt hatten. Obwohl ich an noch einigen Stellen im Westen die Dokumentation in Aufbewahrung gegeben hatte, gab ich es aufgrunddessen auf , sie abzuholen. Ich schöpfte  Verdacht, dass wir unter Beobachtung stehen und beschloß, dass ich mit meinem Besuch an die  Stellen, wo das Material aufbewahrt wurde sowohl mich, als auch die Leute, die sich um das Material kümmerten, in Gefahr bringen würde. Ich bin überzeugt, es ist nicht der wahre Anlass für den Druck, der auf Herrn Zeljko Peratovic ausgeübt wird, und zwar einfach deshalb, weil ich das besagte Material doch besorgen konnte und es zur Veröffentlichung angeboten hatte - da war aber angeblich die Konzeption der Zeitschrift "Globus" bereits geändert worden.

Aufgrunddessen würde ich Sie bitten, sehr geehrte Frau Gogic, die wirkliche Lage der Dinge festzustellen und Herrn Zeljko Peratovic im Sinne der Erhaltung seiner menschlichen und professionellen Würde behilflich zu sein. Man sollte dabei daran denken, dass man Herrn Peratovic mit der Absicht angegriffen hatte, sein

Leben zu bedrohen und  die Veröffentlichung seiner Erkenntnisse  unmöglich zu machen. - zu denen er trotz verschiedener Erpressungen, Einschüchterungen, wirklicher Drohungen, denen er seitens der Leute mit hohem  gesellschaftlichen Rating ausgesetzt wurde - gekommen ist.

Für eventuelle Klärungen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung. Ich verpflichte mich Ihnen gegenüber sowohl die Dokumentation als auch die Zeugen zugänglich zu machen, alles zum Zwecke der Argumentierung, dass die Ereignisse, die Herr Zeljko Peratovic erarbeitete, einen gesellschaftlichen Wert erlangen.
